Joseph Merkley's birthday is today. It's on Pearl Harbor so no one should ever forget this day. He is staring a new year of life but also a new career move and home. I feel so grateful that the home in Utah will be ready for them to move into as soon as the carpet gets installed next week. The two sisters and husbands are going to be sharing the same house. How wonderful!
Parks: The home has the Mount Olympus backdrop and Millcreek canyon near by plus four parks. Evergreen, Morning side, Canyon Rim and Tanners Park. All within 5 to 10 minutes from the house.
Skiing: Park City is only 20 minutes away and the rest of the other ski resorts like big and little Cottonwood Canyons are a half an hour away.
Close to everything: The Airport is 20 minutes away. The University of Utah, downtown Salt Lake and the Zoo are 10 minutes away depending on traffic. So to say the least, this home has what all realtors love about a home. Location, location, location.
The home is now looking beautiful and Joseph and Bianca will make this home even more beautiful after they move in it. Can't wait to come visit them!
