Manila is spelled, Mall City!

What do people do in Manila on a Saturday?  Go to a mall, of course!

Every town has at least one if not more malls. In our area we have six so if you want to find a very specific item, say something from the Apple store you have 16 choices. Yes, you heard it. 16 different stores near us.

If I was an investor and wanted to buy a home or apartment I would find the near mall and look for a trendy store inside that mall so that way I know for sure the area is appreciating in value.

Here is where those trendy stores are located in Metro Manila:
Makati City: Greenbelt Mall, Power Plant Mall
Quezon City: The Annex at SM Mall, TriNoma Mall, Robinsons Magnolia
Mandaluyong City: (That is where I live) SM MEGA MALL, The Podium
Alabang City: Festival Supermall
Pasay City: SM Mall of Asia
Batangas City: SM City Batangas Mall
Olopongo City: : Harbor Point
Marikina City: SM City Marikina
Davao City: Abreeza Mall
Santa Rosa City, (Laguna) SM City Santa Rosa
Bacoor City, (Cavite): SM City Bacoor
San Fernando City, (Pampangas) : SM City Pampangas

SM stands for Shoe Maker. A chain of stores used as an anchor store at many malls like nothing I have ever seen before. They sell just about anything found in a Walmart to very expensive items from a Norstrom department store. From food to clothing to household items to furniture. So what do people like us who are not big spenders do on a lazy Saturday like the one today? We stay home!

Con amor,
Vero
