Time flies when you are busy!

I remember telling Daniel, this time we will just stay in our apartment and not go anywhere so we can just relax (Daniel uses the term “estar al dope”) watch movies and enjoy our time of rest but this is what we did instead:

Getting into our 3 storage units to organize them better
Buying gifts at Deseret Book, Costco, target, Nordstrom rack, TJ Maxx, Nike, target and even La pequeñita (like if we don’t live in Argentina)
Sending packages to Analia from La Pequeñita
Spending Thanksgiving at Jami’s and Andy’s
Time Out for Women
Buying packaging bags and stuff at the dollar store
Visit with 6 grandchildren who are now in Utah
Going out on a stormy day to Chuck E Cheese to entertain Matias children
Seeing a Dermatologist and a Podiatrist
Taking Daniel’s watch to get it fixed
Eating at Maddox
Going out with Roberto Hernandez and his wife at Asian Star
Going out for Pupusas, Mexican, Italian, etc. at every meal
Tinting my hair at my favorite Paul Mitchell
Sending 100 Christmas cards with a personal note in them
Prepared gifts for all family in Utah
Visit Bountiful and Lucero wards
Meeting our Bountiful Bishop and Tithing settlement
Mandy’s birthday at the Leonardo Museum to see Pompeii artifacts
Watching Layna’s recital at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building
Movie night with Mandy, Spencer and Vale to see Frozen 2
Drained our bank account by paying all property taxes due
Paying for the infamous calendars
Going to the post office multiple times to send Christmas gifts
Dropped gifts to the facilities managers at City Creek and our nice neighbor
Visit with Elder Clayton
Pick up my prescription of Asthma caused by both a cold and Stress!
Packing four suitcases, cleaning the apartment and the car
Washing the sheets and towels before we left

There was so much that Daniel and I did in a period of 2 weeks that it felt like we were there for years so maybe next time we’ll just go on a cruise; but for now, I need to start packing again because tomorrow I leave town to go to Uruguay, my favorite place on earth!

Con amor,
Vero
