Feeling stressed

I was almost sure our apartment in City Creek was rented but today the fellow has told us he is not as interested and that gives me so much stress. I don't know why I worry so much that the place won't ever get rented. It has been vacant now for seven months so now we are at the mercy of whatever he wants to give us. I hope Chris, out agent, negotiates with him something in between before we go home next week. I need our place rented so that we don't take a bigger loss than if we had kept the condo in Park City.
