Thoughts on 77 days of quarantine.
Our beautiful mother, grandmother Nela is entering her 9thdecade of life. Words can’t adequately express how much we love her and wished we could have traveled to be with her on her special day. We are so close but yet, so far away.
Our beautiful mother, grandmother Nela is entering her 9thdecade of life. Words can’t adequately express how much we love her and wished we could have traveled to be with her on her special day. We are so close but yet, so far away.
I told my husband to ask Nela if she would like to have all her children and grandchildren greet her via zoom on her birthday and she was delighted! The expression on her face when she saw all of us come together from all the ends of this world was priceless!
Abu Nela has always been a beautiful woman, inside and out. Everyone wishes they could age as well as she has. She raised four children so well in Artigas, Uruguay, one of the best places on earth to grow up.
Nela and her late husband, Hermes, spent their lives teaching the family to love the Lord and the gospel and to keep those sacred covenants we have made. How wonderful for my husband to have been blessed with a very happy childhood, because of his amazing parents.
We are so blessed to have Nela in our lives. Feliz cumpleaños y un abrazo desde Buenos Aires.
