Package for Elder Driggs

We decided to make a care package for a missionary serving here in the Philippines. He is the son of Diana Driggs from Uruguay. Daniel has known her for many years. We put in it all the yummy stuff missionaries crave like M & M's chips and salsa and granola bars, candy etc. We wrote the first Christmas card to him letting him know that Christmas in the Philippines has already started and that we wanted to be the first ones to wish him and his companion a  Merry Christmas.

Daniel took the package to the office to send it off. That very morning I see an email from Diana, his mother, asking us if we could send some items to him because he is not eating well with a lot of the items we had placed in the care package. That is incredible, don't you think?

Coincidence, maybe but I feel the Holy Ghost whisper to Daniel to to this for the missionary. He is serving and it is nice to receive something to cheer him on and to know that he is cared for. I love missionaries. They are the only hope in this crazy world .

Con amor,
Vero
